About VirtualElla
Your Dedicated Virtual Assistant from the Philippines
VirtualElla was born not in an office, but in the quiet, in-between moments of motherhood.
I was on my way home from the office when I saw a post from a content creator that they earn money at home. I was amazed by it, as the end of my contract as an office assistant in a government agency was fast approaching.
As a single mom raising a curious little girl, I knew I had to find a way to earn a living without giving up the most precious thing I had—time with her.
From Task to Partnership
I didn’t have a network, or a polished resume back then. What I had was a second-hand laptop, a reliable internet connection, and a strong will to learn, fail, and grow.
I started small, writing blog posts for a hosting website in Australia. I had no idea what SEO was, how formatting worked, or what clients really expected. I had so many mistakes, and regrets that time but I learned from it. I took paid courses and free training for SEO and Social Media Management & Marketing to hone my skills.
Step by step, night became my night became my sanctuary for growth then, I figured it out.
Expanding My Virtual Assistant Skills
From there, I picked up tasks with clients in the U.S. somewhere in Ohio, an agency Marketing—doing content, scheduling posts, and creating simple graphics.
I also attended a paid training about Amazon, but I realized it’s not for me.
So I turned back to Search Engine Optimization and Facebook ads. I said “yes” to every opportunity that allowed me to grow—even the unpaid ones at first.
I spent hours on free and paid courses, learning tools like Canva, WordPress, Google Workspace, and more—one tutorial at a time.
Key Partnerships & Deeper Expertise
Few months, I found my work as an SEO Assistant with an Israel businessowner who work with Locksmith company from Washington DC and Maryland. I juggled diaper changes with deadline, and late-night trainings.
I also meet a businessowner and a Director in a Music School from Canada to whom I learn addidtional knowledge as a social media manager , search engine optimization, email marketing and later on open my curiosity about website building and slight coding. It was a one-man agency work, but I am grateful because I learn so much.
My Mission
That’s when I realized—I wasn’t just “helping out” anymore. I was building something.
VirtualElla became my platform. A name, a brand, and a quiet declaration that I can do this. That I can support businesses with honesty and heart.
Today, VirtualElla represents more than just virtual assistance. It stands for independence, resourcefulness, and trust.
I don’t belong to any agency. I work directly with business owners who want someone they can rely on—someone who genuinely cares about their goals.
If you’re one of them, I’d love to meet you.
