• Service Scope
  I offer professional assistance in the following specialized areas:
  Social Media Management & Marketing (SMM)
  Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  Email Marketing
  Website Building
  Additional digital support services may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
• Hourly Rate
  The standard rate for one (1) service is USD 7 per hour.
  This rate applies to clients requiring support in a single area only.
• Multiple Service Requests
  Clients requiring support in two (2) service areas or more may request a customized arrangement.
  Rates will be discussed and agreed upon based on the complexity, volume of work, and required time commitment.
  Note: I currently accept a maximum of two concurrent service areas per client to ensure quality and focus.
  
• Payment Terms
  Services are billed based on actual hours worked, with no minimum requirement.
  Payment schedules (weekly, bi-weekly) may be agreed upon with the client before project start.
  Invoices will include a summary of services rendered during the period covered.
• Custom Arrangements
  For clients with specific needs or larger projects, a discovery call is encouraged. This allows us to align expectations, clarify the scope of work, and determine a fair and customized rate if necessary.
• General Terms
  All work is carried out professionally, with attention to quality and client satisfaction.
  Scope of work, deliverables, and deadlines will be discussed prior to engagement.
  Open communication is encouraged throughout the project period.
